Installation of an AM Temporary Antenna System
Compulink will design, supply, install and deploy an AM Temporary Antenna System to support, as well as, maintain AM radio broadcasting services during dismantling and rebuilding of the main 300ft antenna located on the remote island of Peng Chau. Compulink will supply and install RF combining equipment, two 100ft towers and a L-inverted antenna. The supply also includes structure design and concrete footing and anchoring. Compulink's responsibilities include site preparation, antenna and hard line installation, site and tower inspection, site modification services, material procurement, and logistics.
COMPLETED PROJECTS

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Radio Control System Integration
Compulink designed, supplied, and integrated a county wide radio control solution for the Port Authority of Allegheny County Bus Operation fleet. The project was a full service project which included decommissioning of existing radio equipment through installation and integration of new equipment. The 8 channel conventional and P25 capable radio system was designed and implemented to meet federal mandates on narrow band time. The design included replacement of existing radio infrastructure equipment, 10 new dispatcher consoles spread out at various locations, replacement and upgrades of existing antenna systems, and configuration and installation of mobile radios on 600 buses, 100 additional vehicles as well as 250 portable radios. The radio system coverage was 750 square miles.

Tunnel Intrusion Detection System Integration
Compulink designed, installed, and implemented an intrusion detection security system via laser based scanner solutions to detect unauthorized elements in underground tunnel entrances and facilities. Compulink installed and integrated a fiber optic cabling network, CCTV cameras, and the laser intrusion system into a centralized location. Compulink also developed and provided the client with a tailored operations and maintenance manual.

Portland, Oregon
Telecommunication System for a Light Rail Transit line Extension
Assisted in design, installation, and integration of a fiber optic communication system for TriMet's I-205 and Mall segments. The project provided a fiber optic backbone and an IP base network system to carry voice, data and video circuits. The system was based on CISCO gigabit ethernet technology. Lateral fiber links were designed and installed to reach remote locations including station platforms, substations, communication cases, and the tunnel's security and intrusion systems. Compulink's turn-key solution included a Carrier Transmission System (CTS), a SCADA system, and a VoIP telephone system.

Maracaibo, Venezuela
Telecommunication System for a new Light Rail Transit line
Assisted in design, installation, and integration of a fiber optic communication systems to provide a fiber optic backbone and a transmission network system to carry voice, data and video circuits. The turn-key solution included a CTS, a SCADA/RTU system, a Motorola trunking radio system, and a master clock system.
